Refund policy

Returns are for Store Credit ONLY.

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be in original and unused condition - no exceptions.
  • You must email us before sending your return in to make sure it is qualified for a return! No exchanges, only returns for store credit.  Email: sarah@pradelsranch.com 
  • Time Frame: Returns MUST be back in the mail within 7 days of the order delivering to you. Example - If your order was delivered on the 7th, you must have it back in the mail on it's way to us by the 14th. 
  • Return shipping is responsibility of the customer. We also do NOT refund the original cost of shipping or insurance costs. 
  • Please include your packing slip with your return.  On your packing slip please mark the item you are returning and reason.  If you no longer have your packing slip please include a note with the following info:

Name, E-mail, Order number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If this information is missing from your return, it will delay the process. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Absolutely NO refunds will be given unless we have come to an agreement and 10% of the order will not be refunded to cover fees already paid by Pradels Ranch.  
  • No refunds means NO cancelling orders.  No refunds also means we will not refund part of your order for a discount you forgot to add in BEFORE checking out.
