Shipping policy

We do not ship on weekends.  

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

All orders are shipped with tracking which is emailed to the email you provided at checkout. 

If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, it is not Pradels Ranch responsibility to pay shipping to resend. If your address is wrong, package gets lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that PRADELS RANCH cannot be held responsible.
